Manager, Product Manager - Hotels Tax & Compliance, Capital One Travel Manager, Product Management (PXDP50): Our Hotels organization is evolving, and we are launching a dedicated Tax and Compliance vertical to ensure our platform meets global regulatory standards. Historically, tax requirements lived across various teams; now, we are giving this domain a formal "home." As the first Product Manager for this new team, you will lead a lean, scrappy pod of engineers, focused on building a scalable, compliant foundation. The Role: This is a "0-to-1" opportunity characterized by high ambiguity and heavy stakeholder management. You will act as the strategic bridge between Legal, Risk, and Engineering , taking complex regulatory advice and translating it into a technical roadmap. Because tax impacts nearly every corner of our tech stack, you will navigate diverse touchpoints across the organization to ensure our back-end systems handle tax logic with precision.
