Hybrid opportunity. Based out of the Revenue Cycle Shadeland office in Indianapolis or the RCS building in Bloomington. Day shift, Mon-Fri 8a-4:30p. This position is responsible for the delivery of customer facing services within Revenue Cycle System Services. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, scheduling, registration, insurance verification, prior-authorization, financial counseling/individual solutions, cashiering, release of information and customer service. Position adheres to departmental productivity, quality, and service standards in support of operational goals. Position is assigned higher complexity tasks than those expected from RCS-Associate and incumbents are held to higher productivity and quality standards. Requirements: •At least one year of experience in hospital or physician Revenue Cycle strongly preferred. With 15 hospitals, including seven with Magnet designation and eight with Pathways to Excellence designation, our team members are leading the way through excellence. - Serving uninsured and under-insured patients, assisting by acting as a liason between our patients and the state. - Working pre-admission work list, incoming screening calls...
