Assist in managing the nursing staff assigned to a particular shift within the nursing home. Takes action regarding provision of resources within the context of shifts or designated time frame. Assigns residents to available nursing staff, taking into consideration the resident's condition and the employee's skill level. Job Description: Monitors resident care areas and other nursing home facilities for cleanliness and readiness. May fill in for clinical support staff when staffing gaps exist.
