The 2027 Payments Settlements Graduate Program with the Reserve Bank of Australia (RBA) is a two-year program that provides comprehensive training and development designed to progress your career. Our Graduates contribute to the RBA’s management and operation of critical financial infrastructure for the Australian economy. You'll be part of the core RBA Graduate Program and complete a structured training program alongside graduates across the Bank, while gaining dedicated Payments Settlements training and development.
