About the Role: The role assists in the delivery of technical and work process training programs, helping employees acquire the skills and knowledge necessary for their roles in production. 2nd shift schedule is from 2:30PM- 11PM ​ What You Will Do: An Employee with uncompromised commitment to our I Care journey which ensures a safe, healthy, and sustainable work environment. Supports Organization Improvement Manager (OIM), Organizational Improvement Specialist and/or Capability Leaders in the development and delivery of trainings. Trains technical capabilities and work processes to operators with focus on topics on how to operate on / maintain a production line.
