Bumble is seeking an experienced, analytical, and forward-thinking tax leader to join the company as Director, Tax Reporting & Controversy. This role will provide leadership over global income tax reporting and U.S. compliance oversight, while also driving tax controversy management, internal restructuring support, and cross-functional tax governance initiatives. The Director will execute within the strategic framework established by the VP of Tax & Treasury and will lead day-to-day oversight of reporting, controversy, and restructuring-related tax matters. The Director will serve as the day-to-day internal owner of consolidated global income tax reporting under ASC 740 and SEC reporting requirements, integrating U.S. and international inputs, while partnering closely with managed service providers and external advisors to ensure compliance, audit readiness, and strong internal controls....
