The Physical Therapist provides competent, courteous, and respectful evaluation and treatment of patients for difficulties with mobility, function, strength and positioning and duties outlined in APT scope of practice and respective licensure laws. The PT communicates and collaborates with families, physicians and other health team members and maintains impeccable, professional documentation of services in the medical record.
