Job Description Position Purpose: The IT Analyst is responsible for the day to day IM administration and support of Buffalo Grove site as part of the IM organization. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: - Provide first-line IT support by actively monitoring and responding to tickets with urgency and prioritization - Deliver hands-on and remote support for end users across office and production environments - Support multi-site operations (Buffalo Grove, Vernon Hills, Ravenswood) - Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and peripheral issues - Manage incidents and service requests through resolution with strong time management - Collaborate with internal IT teams and vendors to drive issues to resolution - Assist with local IT projects (deployments, upgrades, site initiatives) - Create and maintain IT documentation and knowledge base articles - Train and support end users through 1:1 sessions and group training - Ownership of project through life cycle Technical Requirements: - Active Directory /Windows / Microsoft 365 support - Dell laptop/desktop hardware troubleshooting and deployment - Network and printer support - Software installation and deployment tools - Basic netw...
