Job Description: Position Summary: A Training Specialist I is responsible for overseeing, coordinating, teaching, coaching, and presenting training to the associates from the retail areas of the bank. The role conducts training in a one-to-one, virtual, and group setting. They will also be responsible for follow up and the development of learning aids and programs for on-going development. The position requires an individual who excels in a fast-paced environment and one who can adjust quickly to change. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Evaluate associates in the classroom and identify knowledge discrepancies that need to be trained - Partner with the Learning Manager of the assigned area and provide support for all operational training needs - Recommend and influence changes to training procedures as needed to improve staff performance - Deploy enterprise learning solutions to drive knowledge transfer and business impact - Present training materials to various audiences as needed, in various forums (instructor-led and virtu...
