ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Sets up workstations with all needed ingredients and equipment - Ensures all foods are prepared according to guidelines using only approved ingredients and processes - Handles raw chicken in a safe manner at all times and prevents cross contamination - Fries and bakes chicken - Will work around hot oil and must closely follow all safety policies - Safely utilizes a variety of utensils and cooking equipment - Complies with established cooking methods, quality standards and food safety policies/practices - Follows all chemical safety guidelines - Discards ingredients/products that have expired or do not meet quality standards - Stocks and maintains sufficient levels of food products - Looks for opportunities to assist fellow team members in an enthusiastic manner - Must...
