RESPONSIBILITIES: - Monitor and respond to security and emergency situations from the centralized Emergency and Security Operations Center (ESOC). - Ensure the safety and protection of ALLETE’s electric system, water treatment plant, facilities, and personnel. - Provide accurate information and assistance using various telecommunication tools (phones, radios, pagers, etc.). - Support and coordinate responses to facility alarms (intrusion, fire) and manage access control. - Initiate emergency response and disaster recovery...
