Description JOB SUMMARY: Reporting to the Director, the Low Carbon Resilience Manager is responsible for all aspects of energy conservation initiatives at assigned locations in Vancouver Coastal Health (VCH). The Manager provides leadership and coordinates the effective identification, promotion, implementation and evaluation of energy conservation programs including the development of a long-term strategic energy management plan, ensures that communication networks are formed, maintained and support a centralized environmental reporting approach across the organization that is aligned with provincial environmental initiatives and targets. Negotiates and facilitates consensus with internal and external stakeholders regarding energy-focused project plans and represents the organization on related industry committees to meet long term energy initiatives.
