Job description

The Supervisor is accountable for daily execution across assigned work areas. This role leads hourly teams through department leadership, coordinating staffing and workflow across lines/areas to deliver safe, high-quality, and on-time performance. The Supervisor maintains an active floor presence, resolves operational issues, and ensures effective administrative oversight. Responsibilities include training employees on processes and procedures, maintaining accurate and timely records, documenting employee activities, completing performance reviews, and developing and coaching direct reports to meet company expectations. - Owns daily staffing within assigned room/area(s). Moves labor, coordinates coverage, and responds to changing conditions. - Provides directions to Crew Leaders and Team Leaders. Confirms standard work is followed and that issues are escalated appropriately. - Maintains strong floor presence.
