What you’ll be doing…: As an Airport Lounge Breakfast Chef you will have plenty of responsibility and opportunity to grow in your role and will be an integral member of the team - Cooking buffet style breakfast to a consistently high standard and maintaining excellent stock levels for the customers - Ensure the kitchen and service area are always clean and the main buffet area is kept in good order and presentable for the customer - Keep up to date with menus and what food is on offer and maintain the bookwork and relevant company paperwork - Offer a warm and friendly service - Ensure COSHH, Food Safety, and Health & Safety are followed Working Pattern: - The shift pattern for this role will be 03:00am until 11:30am 5 days out of 7.
