The Role: We are hiring a Manager, Account Owners (US) to lead our Managed customer segment (excluding Strategic accounts). Account Owners are single-threaded leaders of their portfolios - responsible for product adoption, relationship health, renewals, and expansion. Rather than splitting commercial and success responsibilities across multiple roles, they own the full post-sale customer lifecycle - from onboarding and adoption through renewal and expansion.
