The Student Success Strategies unit within the Student Success Division seeks a proactive, deadline-oriented, and adaptable Student Data Assistant . Reporting to the Assistant Provost for Transfer and Non-Traditional Student Success, the successful candidate will be a creative problem-solver with experience in data storytelling and producing high-quality presentation materials tailored to diverse audiences. This role supports the Assistant Provost in conceptualizing and facilitating student, alumni, faculty, and staff focus groups, translating data into actionable insights, conducting literature reviews, and contributing to reports and presentations that shape strategic initiatives for student success. RESPONSIBILITIES: Supports the design, implementation, and facilitation of focus groups and brainstorming sessions involving students and staff.
