ROLE SUMMARY: The Competitive Readiness and Strategy Lead will serve as the primary owner of portfolio-level competitive strategy across Pfizer’s global obesity franchise, owning the translation of competitive intelligence into prioritized strategic insights for Pfizer’s obesity portfolio and together with Commercial product lead(s), ensuring sustained long-term differentiation across the portfolio. This role is accountable for translating external competitive insights across markets into clear strategic recommendations for both pipeline portfolio development and on-market commercial positioning. As Pfizer’s obesity portfolio progresses through late-stage development and early commercialization, this position plays a critical role in guiding in guiding cross-functional strategic decision-making within a rapidly evolving competitive landscape to enable optimal patient and business outcomes.
