Description General Laborer - Indianapolis, IN: Brechbuhler Scales, Inc. | www.brechbuhler.com: Indianapolis, IN | Full Time | M-F, 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM Position Summary: We are seeking a dependable and hardworking General Laborer to support our team in the service, installation and maintenance of commercial and industrial scales. This role involves assisting technicians with field and shop work, handling tools and materials, preparing job sites, cleaning and organizing equipment, and performing general labor tasks related to scale systems of all types and capacities. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, mechanically inclined, able to work in a physically demanding environment, and willing to travel to customer sites as needed. Key Responsibilities: · Assist technicians with the installation, removal, repair, and maintenance of a wide variety of scales. · Load, unload, move, and position tools, weights, parts, and equipment at job sites and in the shop. · Prepare work areas and job sites for service and installation projects. · Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, cleaning, painting, basic assembly, pressure washing and material handling. · Help with preventive ma...
