This position will work in person/ on-site at our Houston, Texas Position Summary: The Intern -- Content Creator supports internal and external communications by developing and executing content that reflects the company's construction and industrial operations. This role plays a key part in connecting field and office employees through clear, engaging storytelling that highlights safety, project execution, workforce culture, and operational success. The position partners cross-functionally with Communications, Human Resources, Safety, and Operations teams to translate complex field activities into accessible and impactful messaging that supports employee engagement, brand visibility, and recruiting efforts. Key Responsibilities: - Field & Operational Storytelling - Capture and develop content from active job sites, including photography, video, and employee interviews (as appropriate) - Produce project updates, milestone highlights, and workforce features that showcase field operations - Translate technical construction processes into clear, audience-friendly content - Safety & Culture Communications - Support the development of safety-related communications, including campaigns,...
