Role Summary: As the Assistant Manager overseeing Technical Services, you will play a critical role in maintaining the smooth operation of our Family Entertainment Center (FEC). Your focus will be on ensuring that all technical aspects, equipment, and systems function optimally to enhance the guest experience. You will collaborate with other managers and staff to create a seamless and enjoyable environment for families and individuals. Responsibilities: Equipment Maintenance and Troubleshooting: - Supervise the maintenance and repair of all technical equipment within the center (e.g. arcade, bowling lanes, laser tag systems, etc.). - Regularly inspect and troubleshoot equipment to identify issues promptly. - Coordinate with external vendors or technicians for complex repairs. - Maintain an inventory of spare parts, tools, and technical supplies.
