Candidates should be located in or near the Pacific Northwest region of the U.S. The Composites Technical Applications Manager supports technical sales and market development by working directly with customers on composite materials, closed-mold manufacturing processes, and application-specific solutions. The role partners closely with Sales to evaluate customer manufacturing environments, recommend appropriate materials and processes, and support implementation in real-world production settings. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in composite manufacturing, a strong understanding of resin systems, fiber reinforcements, and processing methods, and enjoys working directly with customers to solve material and process-related challenges.
