Job description
You won’t just “manage accounts.” You’ll grow them. Slowly, deliberately, and with intent. You’ll take a portfolio of customers and turn them into bigger, better ones over time. You’ll work closely with Customer Success, RevOps, and your manager, Rainer Mauth. You’ll speak with everyone from Learning & Development specialists to HR Directors, and sometimes procurement people who negotiate for a living. Some days you’ll run structured business reviews. Other days you’ll call customers to reconnect and move things forward. We believe conversations beat long email threads. This is not quick-win sales. This is patience, pressure, and persistence. And when it lands, it lands big. What you’ll do: Grow a portfolio of existing customers (upsell, expand, renew, increase price) Sell the “Human Success Platform” — a real upgrade, not a small add-on Run business reviews with customers (incl. HR leadership and execs) Call, follow up, chase, and re-engage customers until you get traction Navigate complex buying groups (L&D, HR, IT, procurement) What good looks like: Month 3: you know your customers and how they buy Month 6: you’ve closed your first full platform deal on your own Month 9: you’re...
