Job description

Berry Tractor is currently seeking a Technical Trainer to join our team. Execute training courses covering Electric Systems, Hydraulic Systems, and Engines in alignment with OEM standards for technicians to earn the certifications required to meet our manufactures requirements. Deliver instruction in both classroom and hands-on environments. Provide mentorship, guidance, and technical expertise to improve students' knowledge and efficiency. Responsibilities: Collaborate with other Affiliate Trainer(s) on curriculum development, maintenance, and enhancements. Present information using a variety of instructional techniques and formats. Keep up to date with changes to technology for Komatsu, Bomag and McCloskey, all other products by maintaining certification and reading current journals, books and magazine articles as needed. Understand relevant training techniques and suggest enhancements to existing programs. Monitor students’ progress and provide feedback and suggestions for their growth.
