Job Description: Provide direct support in identifying, evaluating and monitoring candidates, helping to improve the candidate´s experience and the efficiency of the process: - Publish and update job offers on different portals and internal channels - Screen CVs and pre-select candidates according to established requirements - Conduct inital telephone or virtual interviews - Coordinate interviews with managers and monitor the process with the departments involved - Manage and update the candidate database - Support in the preparaton of selecton reports and proposals for improvement - Contnuous communi...
