Atlantic Health is Seeking a Certified Nurse Midwife Atlantic Health, one of New Jersey's largest non-profit healthcare networks, is seeking a Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) to join our interdisciplinary healthcare team at 89 Sparta Ave, Suite 205, Sparta NJ 07871. Our medical team consists of board-certified obstetricians, neonatology specialists, anesthesiology specialists, maternal-fetal specialists and pediatricians are supported by specially trained nurses, nurse practitioners and midwives. The CNM in the ambulatory practice and inpatient setting functions as an integral member of the interdisciplinary healthcare team in providing direct patient care under the supervision of a physician. The CNM performs patient assessments in both the outpatient and inpatient settings, participates in diagnosis of health status, develops plans of care, and implementation of treatment. Participates in OB hospital call and performs obstetrical and gynecological care/procedures as needed.
