Job description

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a global procurement strategy aligned with company growth and operational goals - Build, mentor, and lead a globally distributed procurement team - Build a standardized procurement framework across all regions (North America, Europe, APAC, etc.) - Establish procurement governance, policies, and compliance standards across the global organization - Actively support tactical buying, supplier negotiations, and troubleshooting when necessary - Work closely with project delivery teams to ensure timely, cost-efficient sourcing for automation integration projects - Implement lean procurement processes and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce cost, lead time, and variability - Introduce digital procurement tools (eProcurement, spend analytics, supplier portals, etc.) to elevate efficiency and transparency - Identify savings opportunities through value engineering, supplier consolidation, and should cost analysis Profile: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, supply chain, business, or related field - 10+ years of progressive procurement or supply chain leadership experience, preferably in automation integration, robotics, engineer...
