Support young people on their journey to independence. The Key Worker provides personalised case management, building strong, supportive relationships to help young people develop life skills, connect with culture and community, and achieve their goals. Through tailored planning, regular progress reviews, and collaboration with Volunteer Mentors and program leadership, the Key Worker plays a vital role in preparing young people for a successful transition to independent living.
