Unit Manager Summary: The Unit Manager assists with the direct supervision of all resident care activities performed within the assigned unit/hall. He/she assists with coordinating nursing service activities with facility administration, community agencies, physicians, and representatives/families. He/she assists with the responsibility for nursing service compliance in accordance with facility policies and procedure as well as Federal and State regulations governing the facility under the direction of the Director of Nursing and/or Administrator.
