About the team Zillow Home Loans (ZHL) provides customers with a streamlined option for their home financing needs. By utilizing Zillow's home-buying expertise and cutting-edge technology, we’re working to create an easier, smoother ‘check-out’ experience for real-estate transactions. The Sales Analytics team is responsible for the last mile delivery for performance measurement, insight generation & execution, product rollout effectiveness, development of new sales features, and finally the frontline feedback loop on day to day metric management for ZHL. Our scope is to ensure our ZHL sales team effectively executes the various strategic & growth initiatives by supporting metric development, crafting objective business review storylines, and enabling our sales managers to optimize performance within their individual sales teams using reporting & insights generated both within the team and from partner stakeholder teams.
