This role offers the opportunity to deliver compassionate, comprehensive psychiatric care within an integrated behavioral health model, supported by a strong multidisciplinary team and the flexibility to support multiple areas of care across the continuum. Schedule: Full-time | 1.0 FTE | Onsite – CentraCare Plaza, St. Cloud, MN Day shifts | 8am-5pm: Minimal call by phone rotation, support from telepsychiatry and moonlighters Pay and Benefits: Salary range: $300,000 - $333,000 per year Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation.
