Job Overview: The Procurement Strategy & Operations Manager is the architect of Cambium’s sourcing ecosystem. You will serve as the Product Owner for our procurement platform (Zip) and the Service Owner for our enterprise-wide sourcing model. This is a strategic execution role designed for a systems-thinker who can translate operational data into business insights and transform procurement from a "back-office function" into a high-value strategic partner. Top 3 Outcomes (First 6 Months) Roadmap Delivery: Launch the SMART (Software and Services Management, Acquisition and Resource Tracking) service model roadmap. Process Optimization: Execute two high-impact workflow improvements in Zip that measurably reduce cycle times or improve compliance.
