BITCO Corporation, a leading provider of specialized insurance solutions, is seeking an IT Project Manager to join our Digital Solutions team in Davenport, IA. With a strong national presence and 11 branch offices, BITCO delivers tailored insurance services to specialized industries including construction, forest products and oil & gas. This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule. Position Summary: The IT Project Manager is responsible for managing key project(s) that span across one or more business units. This includes accountable delivery and completion of projects while managing timeline, scope, and budgets. This role will be the enterprise advocate for their projects across a matrix organization. This position oversees all aspects of their assigned projects including metrics, resource alignment responsibilities, weekly status updates, reports for leadership, and proactive risk management. The IT Project Manager will work directly with IT Leadership (Digital Solutions & Business Solutions leaders) to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget.
