Associate Test Engineer Company: Argon ST Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) is looking for an Associate Test Engineer (Level 2) to join our team in Smithfield and Lemont Furnace, Pennsylvania. The successful candidate will be involved in a variety of activities related to the testing and validation of electrical and electronic components and systems used in environments from seabed to space. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Position Responsibilities: Test Planning and Design: Develop detailed test plans and procedures based on engineering specifications and requirements. Design and set up test fixtures, equipment, and instrumentation to conduct tests. Ensure test plans comply with industry standards and safety regulations. Test Execution: Conduct tests on electrical and electronic components and systems, including environmental, and performance testing. Operate and maintain test equipment and instrumentation.
