Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 2 years of experience in program or project management. - Experience working in networking, cloud, or data center environments. - Experience managing NPI programs for hardware or manufacturing. Preferred qualifications: - 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. - Experience in with Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) hardware. - Experience working as an engineer, including in manufacturing and test engineering. - Knowledge of hardware Bill of Materials (BOMs), process documentation, assembly and test processes. - Ability to communicate project requirements and schedules. - Excellent leadership, quantitative reasoning, and creative problem-solving skills.
