Job Title Media Strategy and Planning – Channel and Category Manager (G&B) Job Description: The objective of the Channel and Category Manager (70) is to orchestrate the end-to-end consumer experience for the Grooming & Beauty categories, with a strong focus on paid media. This includes defining and optimizing strategy, activation, and measurement frameworks for all paid activities across consumer-facing touchpoints, including media, campaigns, and peak events. In addition to leading the media strategy for G&B, this role also leads end-to-end Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) governance, interpretation, and deployment across global and regional teams. Working in close partnership with the commercial analytics team, agencies, and local markets to further optimize media effectiveness measurement and to deliver best-in-class media frameworks translating MMM outputs into investment decisions and optimization opportunities. and finance stakeholders to operationalize media effectiveness measurement.
