Role Responsibilities: As the Deli Manager your leadership and organization is what ensures our customers have an enjoyable shopping experience during their visit and meal ordering. This leadership role will be responsible for ensuring that all vendor deliveries are accurate and meet our standard of quality. You will oversee a small team of associates through mentorship, delegation, and internal development. Detail orientated and an appreciation for routines will help you be successful in this role. Leadership, coaching, ensuring safety of teammates, and clear communication will allow your shifts to be productive and fun.
