The Director of Care ensures high-quality, trauma-informed, harm-reduction-focused care that reflects the unique needs of clients with complex psychosocial histories, responsive behaviours, and substance use considerations. This role leads interdisciplinary teams in delivering resident-centred care grounded in dignity, choice, safety, and equity, while aligning with Carewest’s strategic priorities, legislative requirements, and accreditation standards.
