THE ROLE: We’re looking for a Director of Legal and Business Affairs to join ABTC’s legal and business team. This is not a traditional legal role. You’ll sit at the intersection of law, strategy, and operations, working directly with the General Counsel on everything from high-stakes transactions and SEC filings to business initiatives and company-building. You’ll be a thought partner, a first-draft writer, a project owner, and a problem-solver.
