About The Role You will be part of a large steelmaking team at the Meltshop in the Rooty Hill Steel Mill , reporting to the Shift Leader. The roster is 12-hour shifts and it's a 24/7 plant: rotating between day and night shifts. It is important that you are committed to learning the steel industry and joining a global business where you will gain exposure to safety and steel making best practice. You will have stability and long-term career development. - We will provide training for each area of the Meltshop and PPE - Opportunity to learn a variety of skillsets within the Meltshop - The role includes a balance of technical & manual handling tasks You have: - Excellent work ethic and willingness to learn - Experience in operating heavy machinery and/or working in industrial environments (ideal) - Solid computer skills (essential) - Proven experience collaborating and working in a team environment Key Benefits: Below are some of our key central benefits that are available to InfraBuild employees.
