Job description

Your role As a Sales Administrator/CX coordinator , you play a key role in ensuring a smooth and efficient order-to-delivery process. You are responsible for processing customer orders accurately and on time, directly contributing to customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will work closely with Sales, Supply Chain and Logistics teams , acting as an essential link between customers and internal stakeholders.
