About the role We are searching for an experienced leader to join the Corporate Controller’s team as the Associate Director of Global Consolidations . This position is a cross-functional leadership role responsible for overseeing the global consolidation process and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the company’s financial statements in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). The successful candidate must be a strong, decisive, results-oriented person who can provide leadership within the Consolidations team and foster cross-functional partnerships. Strong management, verbal and written communication skills are required. Key Responsibilities: - Drive the global consolidation process for all subsidiaries and business units, ensuring timely and accurate integration of financial data. - Lead and manage the consolidation team, providing guidance, mentorship and performance feedback to foster professional growth and high-quality output. - Prepare, review and analyze consolidated GAAP balance sheets and income statements, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and company policies. - Coordinate with regional controllership and finance teams to resolve discrepancie...
