Job Summary: As a Stylist, you’re our key brand ambassador, embodying personal style and product passion. You’re responsible for delivering outstanding customer service that leads to genuine, loyal customer connections; working to drive the business and increase the profitability of your store. You’re as committed to helping customers find their authentic selves, as you are to delivering results and spreading a culture of product expertise across your entire team. What You’ll Do: Excel in the incentive-based styling program by meeting the required sales per hour (SPH) and key performance indicator (KPI) goals.
