This role is critical in driving uptime, reliability, and operational excellence within a high-volume vinyl window manufacturing environment. The Maintenance Superintendent will oversee all aspects of equipment, utilities, and building maintenance to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective plant operations that directly support our windows production goals. Duties and Responsibilities: Direct and coordinate a team of skilled maintenance technicians responsible for the repair, upkeep, and installation of extrusion lines, fabrication equipment, automated machinery, utility systems, and facility infrastructure.
