Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. - 5 years of experience in project management or user insights focused roles (e.g., User Research, Product Operations, Consumer Insights Analysis, or other related role). Preferred qualifications: - Master’s degree or MBA in a technical or business-related field. - Experience in leadership and stakeholder management with the ability to work with engineering/product teams. - Ability to effectively influence and communicate (often cross-functionally) with multiple stakeholders at all levels of management. - Strategic thinker with strong writing and analytical skills and the ability to navigate high levels of ambiguity. - Outstanding communication and people skills.
