TITLE: FULFILLMENT SPECIALIST: STATUS: NON-EXEMPT: REPORTS TO: MGR – RECORDS & FULFILLMENT: DEPARTMENT: RECORDS: JOB CODE: 1808: PAY RANGE: $20.00 - $25.50 HOURLY: GENERAL DESCRIPTION: This position is concerned with building strong long-term relationships with Golden 1 members by ensuring that members receive the highest level of service available. TASKS, DUTIES, FUNCTIONS: 1. Identify, research, and respond to member inquiries/concerns originating from the Contact Center. 2. Accurately process the Fulfillment process to ensure timely response. Meet production deadlines daily while cognizant with quality and quantity in a fast-paced environment. Perform other support functions required in member requested transactions including but not limited to, e-mail correspondence, Cashier checks, Account Modifications and Closures, Removal/Modify various types of Distribution including DBO/PRD/ATLP/SHARE TO SHARE, implement & establish SmartStart Approval/Denials/Conversion, Case Management and Signature Card. 3.
