Your Key Responsibilities: - Clean teeth and remove deposits beneath gum margins. - Identify and assess conditions such as gingivitis and periodontitis. - Apply fluoride and other agents to prevent cavities. - Chart conditions for diagnosis and assist the dentist with treatment planning. - Present treatment plans and educate patients on oral health maintenance. - Take dental x-rays, impressions, and keep accurate patient records. - Build rapport with patients and communicate effectively. - Participate in daily and weekly team huddles.
