Job description

The purpose of the role: The Statutory Finance Manager is a key role in our EMEA Finance Control function, providing technical expertise, ensuring compliance and improving our control framework and processes within the EMEA region. This role holds overall accountability for the financial statements in the DACH markets, ensuring completeness and accuracy of accounts and compliance with regulatory requirements. They will have responsibility for financial oversight, including being responsible for preparation of country balance sheet and cash flow forecast. Key Accountabilities: - Accountable for the financial statements and ensuring accuracy of actual financial data. - Accountable for month and year end close processes ensuring validity, accuracy and completeness of actual financial data. - Accountable for the implementation of financial controls through the market environments. - Accountable and responsible for overseeing risk and controls and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. - Accountable for local CIT compliance and reviewing local CIT reports. - Accountable for statutory audits and working with external auditors.
