Maintenance Mechanic - Chemical Industry (Pay range $43.07/hr - $46.88/hr, plus occassional overtime, 4% Annual Bonus Potential) Job dimensions: - Troubleshoots electrical equipment, PLC's, DCS and other controls - Repairs Pumps, Valves, and other Process Equipment with minimal supervision. - Assists with RCA’s and other incidents investigations - Supports SAP management of spare parts, work orders, and other reports - Supports plant EHS programs, PSM programs and other Bostik initiatives Activities: · Follows all plant policies and practices to ensure safety, quality, service, and cost objectives are met. Practice continuous quality improvement in all processes. Fully supports Bostik's goal of zero workplace safety incidents and supports and participates in Bostik's EHS Programs. · Knowledgeable of and practices root cause analysis · Knowledgeable of and practices Preventive and Predictive Maintenance · Be a project team member and lead some small projects or sub-projects of a larger project. · Practice safe work habits in accordance with OSHA and EPA guidelines. · Repair and maintain equipment and assets in a safe and efficient manner. · Work with production/operations and have k...
