Project Manager The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing enterprise-level projects in the fast-paced tech industry. This position offers the opportunity to manage a diverse slate of projects of varying scopes and sizes for a global organization. Day-to-Day Activities: Project Planning & Execution - Develop and manage project schedules, scopes, resources, and project health. - Create and execute Microsoft project plans, revising them as needed to meet changing needs and requirements. - Identify and assemble project teams, providing leadership and mentoring to ensure effective completion. - Manage day-to-day operational aspects of projects, including scope and cost. - Review deliverables prepared by the Delivery team before passing them to the client. - Apply AvePoint delivery methodology and enforce project standards. - Prepare for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures. - Minimize company exposure and risk on projects through early detection, development of contingency plans, and full communication. - Maintain current and complete project management data and documents in the company database; analyze and report project performance metrics.
