Job Summary Zurich Life Assurance is currently looking for highly motivated experienced administrator with excellent communication skills and attention to detail to fill our Pension Payroll 10 month FTC vacancy starting immediately. This role may be available part-time or full time. This is because we want the best people for our roles, and we recognise that sometimes those people aren’t available full-time. Your Role: The successful candidate’s responsibilities will include but not necessarily be limited to the following: - Ensuring that our customers come first is a key responsibility of the role - Processing customer requests in relation to the payment of ARF withdrawals, Annuities, PHI and Pension - Retirement Claims. This will involve ensuring that requests are processed in accordance with Product Rules, Revenue Rules and the Company's Processes and Procedures. - Working towards weekly and monthly deadlines in order to make payments to our Pension Customers in a timely manner - Dealing with broker and customer phone call and email queries with empathy, listening to and understanding their needs. - Interacting w...
